Whether you are a first home buyer, upgrading your family home, or refinancing from another lender, the Apex Home Loan provides a tailored lending solution.

Overview

The Apex Home Loan offers both variable and fixed rate options for owner-occupier and investment properties. Borrowers can choose principal and interest or interest-only repayment structures depending on their financial circumstances and goals. Loan amounts start from $100,000 with terms up to 30 years.

All Apex Home Loan customers receive access to our dedicated home loan support team, online loan management portal, and complimentary property valuation at the time of application.

Key Features

  • Variable Rate: Currently 5.89% p.a. (comparison rate 6.02% p.a.), adjustable in line with market conditions. Allows unlimited additional repayments and redraw at no cost.
  • Fixed Rate: Available from 5.49% p.a. (comparison rate 5.78% p.a.) for terms of 1, 2, 3, or 5 years. Provides certainty of repayments during the fixed period.
  • 100% Offset Account: Available on variable rate loans. Your savings balance directly offsets your loan principal, reducing the interest charged daily.
  • Redraw Facility: Access additional repayments you have made at any time through Internet Banking or the Apex Mobile App, at no charge on variable rate loans.
  • Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR): Borrow up to 80% of the property value without Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI). Loans with LVR above 80% and up to 95% are available subject to LMI being applied.
  • Split Loan Option: Divide your loan into fixed and variable portions to balance rate certainty with repayment flexibility.
  • Repayment Frequency: Choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly repayment schedules to align with your pay cycle.
